Nolan’s Bakery & Eatery was born from a mother’s love and a son’s diagnosis. In 2021, Nolan, was diagnosed with a gluten allergy, sparking a journey into the world of gluten-free living. The months leading up to his diagnosis were filled with confusion and worry as we searched for answers to a persistent rash. This experience ignited a passion within us: to create a world where dietary restrictions don’t limit anyone’s enjoyment of delicious, comforting food. Nolan’s Bakery & Eatery is the result. We’re dedicated to crafting authentic soul food flavors in completely gluten-free ways, using fresh ingredients and transparent practices. Family recipes inspire our menu, and inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We want everyone to feel welcome at our table. More than just a bakery and eatery, we aim to build a supportive community, sharing resources and knowledge about gluten-free living.
